We have no ads and no public gallery, on any tier. Nothing you make is shown to anyone else.

Credits are the currency units used to pay for AI tool generation. The number of credits required depends on the computational power needed for the tool used. You can see the number of credits required while using the tool.

It depends which ones. Credits from a pack are valid indefinitely — buy them once and use them whenever. Credits from a monthly plan are granted at the start of each billing month and clear at the end of it; they do not roll over, and that is what makes them roughly four times cheaper per credit.

If you hold both, a generation spends the expiring plan credits first, so the ones you bought outright are never burned while an allowance goes to waste.

No. Seedream 3.5 costs 0 credits and runs without signing in — open the generator and type. Those images carry a watermark and are licensed for personal use only.

Creating an account adds 20 credits, keeps your history, and unlocks the other twelve models. Any image generated with credits comes out with no watermark and is yours to use commercially.

Only the free ones. Generating with Seedream 3.5 at 0 credits produces a watermarked image for personal use.

Anything that costs credits — any other model, or a higher resolution — comes out clean, at full size, and licensed for commercial use. That applies equally to plan credits and to credits from a pack.

Yes, at any time, from your account page — it opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, change your card or download invoices. Cancelling stops the next charge; the credits you have already been granted stay usable until the end of the month you paid for.

Credit packs are one-time payments with nothing to cancel. We will not charge you again next month.

We accept various payment methods. If you would like to use more payment options, please contact us.

Yes. Our financial processing is handled by Stripe, so we do not store your card information. Additionally, Stripe has bank-level security standards.

If your product has a defect, please report the issue to us. After verification, we will compensate you for the credits consumed due to the error.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the product and the issue cannot be resolved within 10 days, we are willing to offer a refund.

Not necessarily — what matters is whether the image cost credits. Anything generated with credits, from a plan or from a pack, is yours to use commercially, subject to our terms and applicable law.

Free images from Seedream 3.5 at 0 credits are the exception: they carry a watermark and are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You remain responsible for making sure your prompts, uploads and outputs do not infringe anyone else's rights.
